• How can I find out how many Royal Resorts Points I have earned so far?
  You can check your balance online by typing your Personal I.D. number.
• What benefits will my referrals obtain?
  Referrals receive special rates and promotions as well as special discounts to become part of the Royal Resorts family.
• Do Royal Resorts Points expire?
  Royal Resorts Points expire three years from the date of issue. Up until then they remain in your account and you can apply them at your convenience as long as your membership is up to date.
• What happens if my referrals rent and then cancel?
  You receive Royal Resorts Points at the time they make the reservation; however, in the event of a cancellation they will be discounted from your account.
• What happens if one of my referrals buys a week and then cancels?
  You will only receive Royal Resorts Points when your family or friend has made the down payment and the first monthly payment.
• What happens when I submit a name and it is already in your system?
  In the event that an identical referral is already in the system, only the first source to submit the name is eligible to receive Royal Resort Points.
• May I refer a Royal Resorts member or guest?
  No, Referrals cannot be current Royal Resorts members or guests. A member cannot refer another member, their spouse or children under the age of 18.
• Can I transfer my Royal Resorts Points to another person?
  Yes, you can transfer your Royal Resorts Points to other people listed on your Royal Resorts membership so that they can enjoy the benefits too.
