1. Royal Resorts Points membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of RRP, L.L.C. RRP, LLC and its program participants have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points, or the ability to obtain certain rewards. RRP, L.L.C. and its program participants may, among other things: a) change the way to earn Royal Resorts Points or increase or decrease the number required for a reward; b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward; c) add blackout dates, limit availability of rewards, or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; d) change program benefits, program participants, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting points, or rules governing the use of rewards; e) change or cancel its program participants rewards. The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level. 2. Participation in the Royal Resorts Points program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures (“Program Rules”) that RRP, L.L.C. may, at its discretion, adopt from time to time. RRP, L.L.C. may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. RRP, L.L.C. has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules. 3. The accumulation of points is subject to the Royal Resorts Points Program Rules. Each member is responsible for reading the newsletters, account statements, and other Royal Resorts Points material in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program. 4. The rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at RRP, L.L.C.´s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time. 5. Additionally, RRP, L.L.C. has the right to end the Royal Resorts Points program by providing written notice to its members six months in advance of program termination. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem for rewards may end six months after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program. 6. After applying to the Royal Resorts Points program, a membership number will be assigned to each applicant. Upon receiving this number, an individual becomes eligible to earn points. As proof of eligibility, a Royal Resorts Points number is required when receiving or redeeming points. 7. An account may be closed at RRP, L.L.C. discretion if no points are accrued during a 36 (thirty six) month period. All points in the account will be forfeited at that time. Royal Resorts Points will expire after three years of the date of issue. 8. The terms and conditions of affiliated programs control the redemption and distribution of the points earned or transferred. 9. Royal Resorts Points, are earned through participating in Royal Resorts Points may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Royal Resorts Points, credits or rewards is the responsibility of the members. 10. Current program participants in Royal Resorts Points: 11. In the case of fraud or abuse involving Royal Resorts Points, including but not limited to points and reward use, RRP, L.L.C. and its program participants have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points and certificates earned through Royal Resorts Points may be forfeited and the account closed. 12. The awarding of Royal Resorts Points and the redemption of Royal Resorts Points rewards certificates are void where prohibited by law. 13. Royal Resorts Points members may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the site or other sites (“access codes”). The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to RRP, L.L.C., and is provided to you for your personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site´s operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment. 14. Royal Resorts Points is operated by RRP, LLC. 15. Every Royal Resort Points enrollment includes permission to market for both email and phone calls. This permission can be rescinded and Royal Resort Points will honor the change. Address changes must be made by contacting: 16. Conversion of the current Royal Resorts Points will be at 50 to 1. 17. Benefits are exclusively available to Royal Resorts members. RRP, LLC reserves the right to add or modify these exclusive benefits at any time. RRPoints will expire upon cancellation of Membership(s). 18. For purposes of redemption, the initial value of Royal Resorts Points is 50 Royal Resorts Points equals 1 USD. Actual redemption value is determined at the time of redemption. RRP, L.L.C. reserves the right to change redemption award levels, merchandise and services. ACCOUNT ACTIVITY STATEMENT 1. Royal Resorts Points members are responsible for ensuring that points are properly credited. If proper credit does not appear on the member´s activity statement, the member should send RRP, L.L.C. a missing point request email to: Royal Resorts Points Customer Service. Allow approximately 15 to 45 days for the points to be credited to your account. Requests to add or modify points must be received by March 31st following the yearly statement. 2. Statement periods run from January 1st to December 31st. DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS If more than one membership number is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive points for one account. Duplicate accounts will be cancelled. EARNING POINTS These points values may change without notice. A member is eligible to receive points for: 1. Purchase of a Friends and Family Package – You will receive Royal Resorts Points for the purchase of a Friends & Family package at Royal Resorts by one of your referrals through Royal Club Vacations. 2. Purchase of a Royal Resorts Membership –You will receive Royal Resorts Points for the purchase of a new Royal Resorts membership by one of your referrals. The number of points you receive varies and depends on the resort and the size of the unit (villa, suite or room) bought by the new member. 3. Travel Services – You will receive 1 (one) Royal Resorts Point for every $10.00 (ten USD) spent in designated travel services purchased through Royal Club Vacations (Royal Club Vacations is operated by Caribbean Island Travel, L.L.C.). 4. Life Extension Foundation program is available only for Royal Resorts Points enrolled members, as long as they buy Life Extension products. Points will be awarded as follows: a. 50% on membership voluntary enrollment, which equals 25 Royal Resorts Points for every dollar paid for Life Extension Foundation Membership. b. 25% discount on retail price of Life Extension products plus 15% in Royal Resorts Points, each dollar equals 50 Royal Resorts Points. c. 15% in Royal Resorts Points on Life Extension membership renewals, each dollar equals 50 Royal Resorts Points. 5. SkyMed program is available only for Royal Resorts Points Royal members, as long as they buy the SkyMed services. Points will be awarded as follows: a. 10% on purchase of insurance for
emergency air evacuation and related services to 6. From time to time Royal Resorts Points may add new ways to earn points. Additional benefits and program updates will be posted on the website. 7. Please allow 15 to 45 days to deposit Royal Resorts Points in your account. REFERRAL ELIGIBILITY In order for a Royal Resorts Points member to receive points for a referral, the individual or couple referred must satisfy the following criteria: 1. Referrals must have a prior association with the Royal Resorts Points member. 2. Referrals must be registered with RRP, L.L.C. prior to participating in a sales presentation at one of the facilities of Royal Resorts. Notification of a referral less than 24 hours prior to the sales presentation renders it ineligible for Royal Resorts Points. In the event that an identical referral name is submitted from two different sources, only the first source to submit the name is eligible to receive Royal Resorts Points. The Referral Fee applies when the referred member has: signed and returned his contract to the Membership Office, has paid 1 st monthly payment or cashed out and the Referrer has his membership in good standing. 3. Referrals cannot be current Royal Resorts members or guests. A member cannot refer another member, dependant spouse or minor child of a member. Points are not eligible on multiple sales when a member is buying one the memberships 4. Any names obtained through this program may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare intervals. The program is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation to purchase. The program is offered only to individuals subsequent to their purchase of a timeshare interest, Trial Ownership, Program membership, or other business dealings with program participants and is not made as an inducement in connection with the solicitation of a sale.
La membresía de Royal
Resorts Points y sus beneficios se ofrecen a criterio de RRP, L.L.C. RRP, el
LLC y sus programas participantes tienen el derecho de cambiar, limitar,
modificar o cancelar las políticas del programa, regulaciones, beneficios,
y niveles de beneficios en cualquier momento, con o sin aviso, aunque
tales cambios pueden afectar el valor de los puntos previamente acumulados,
la capacidad de utilizar puntos acumulados, o la capacidad de obtener ciertos
beneficios. RRP, L.L.C. y sus programas participantes pueden, entre otras
cosas: a) cambiar la forma de obtener Royal Resorts Points, de aumentar o de
disminuir el número de puntos requerido para una recompensa; b) retirar,
limitar, modificar, o cancelar cualquier beneficio; c) limitar fechas ó la
disponibilidad de los beneficios; d) cambiar los beneficios del programa, de
los participantes del programa, las condiciones de participación, reglas para
ganar, redimir, conservar, o perder puntos, o las reglas que gobiernan el uso
de de los beneficios; e) cambiar o cancela los beneficios de los
participantes del programa. La acumulación de puntos no da ningún
derecho a los socios sobre los puntos, beneficios, o ventajas del
programa. Luego de acumular puntos, los socios no pueden dar por hecho la
continuidad o disponibilidad de ningún beneficio. La participación en el
programa Royal Resorts Points está sujeta a los términos y condiciones,
reglas, regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos (“Reglas del
Programa”) que RRP, L.L.C. puede, a su criterio, adoptar en cualquier
momento. RRP, L.L.C. puede enmendar las Reglas del Programa en cualquier
momento sin aviso. RRP, L.L.C. tiene el criterio único para interpretar y
para aplicar las Reglas del Programa. La acumulación de
puntos está sujeta a las Reglas del Programa de Royal Resorts Points. Cada
socio es responsable de leer los boletines de noticias, sus estados de
cuenta, y demás material del programa para conocer sus derechos,
responsabilidades y su estatus en el programa. La estructura de
beneficios está sujeta a la modificación, cancelación, o a la
limitación que RRP, L.L.C determine, con o sin previo aviso. El número de los
puntos requeridos para redimir puede ser aumentado, cualquier recompensa
puede ser retirada, y se pueden imponer restricciones sobre la acreditación o
aplicación de puntos. Además, RRP, L.L.C. tiene
el derecho de terminar el programa Royal Resorts Points proporcionando el
aviso por escrito a sus socios con seis de anticipación previos a la fecha
del término. En ese caso, el
derecho de ganar puntos y redimirlos puede terminar seis meses después
de la notificación, sin importar el tiempo que el socio lleve participando en
el programa. Una cuenta puede ser
cerrada ó cancelada a criterio de RRP, L.L.C. si no registra movimiento de
puntos durante un período de 36 meses. Todos los puntos en la cuenta serán
perdidos en ese momento. Los términos y las
condiciones de cada uno de los programas afiliados sirven para el control
tanto de la acumulación como la aplicación de los puntos. Los Royal Resorts Points,
obtenidos al participar en el programa, pueden estar sujetos a pago de
impuestos. Cualquier impuesto, relacionado con el recibo ó el uso de
Royal Resorts Points, es responsabilidad de los socios. Programas participantes en Royal Resorts Points: En el caso del fraude o
abuso del programa de Royal Resorts Points, incluyendo pero no limitando al
uso de los puntos, RRP, L.L.C. y sus programas participantes
tienen los derechos de tomar acciones administrativas o legales, y todos los
puntos o certificados obtenidos a través de Royal Resorts Points pueden ser
perdidos y la cuenta cerrada. El otorgar Royal
Resorts Points y la aplicación de estos puntos no se hará válida
si lo prohíbe la ley. Los socios de Royal
Resorts Points proporcionan la capacidad de utilizar nombres de usuarios,
contraseñas, u otros códigos o dispositivos para acceder a secciones de este
sitio de internet o de otros sitios ("códigos de acceso"). El
contenido en tales áreas es confidencial de RRP, L.L.C., y es proporcionado a
usted para su acceso personal únicamente. Nos reservamos los derechos de
prohibir el uso de tales códigos en nombre de usted a terceras partes cuando
determinemos que tal uso interfiere con la operación de nuestro sitio o
repercute en beneficios comerciales de otras entidades y nos perjudica. Royal Resorts Points es
operada por RRP, LLC. Cada inscripción en Royal

el email y las llamadas telefónicas. Este permiso puede ser rescindido y
Royal Resorts Points respetará este cambio. Los cambios de dirección deben

Servicio al Cliente El valor de conversión de
los puntos en Royal Resorts Points es de 50 puntos por 1 USD. Los beneficios están
exclusivamente disponibles para los socios de Royal Resorts. RRP, LLC se
reserva el derecho de agregar o de modificar estos beneficios exclusivos en
cualquier momento. Los Royal Resorts Points expirarán al momento de cancelar
la(s) membresía(s) de Royal Resorts. Para los propósitos de
aplicaciones, el valor inicial de los puntos de Royal Resorts Points es
de 50 Royal Resorts Points igual a 1 USD. El valor actual de redención
se determina en el momento de la aplicación. RRP, L.L.C. se reserva el
derecho de cambiar niveles de beneficios, mercancías y servicios. DECLARACIÓN DE LA
ACTIVIDAD DE LA CUENTA 1. Los socios de
Royal Resorts Points son responsables de asegurarse de que los puntos están
acreditados correctamente. Si el crédito apropiado no aparece en el estado de
cuenta del socio, el socio deberá comunicarse a RRP, L.L.C. por escrito, vía
correo regular ó correo electrónico una solicitud de aclaración a: Servicio a

plazo de aproximado 15 a 45 días. Las peticiones de agregar o de modificar
puntos se deben recibir antes del 31 de Marzo, después de cada declaración
anual. 2. Los períodos del
estado de cuenta van del 1 de Enero al 31 de Diciembre. CUENTAS
DUPLICADAS Si a usted se le asignara
por error más de una cuenta en Royal Resorts Points, solo recibirá
puntos en una de estas. Las cuentas duplicadas se cancelaran. OBTENCION DE
PUNTOS Estos valores pueden
cambiar sin previo aviso. Un socio es elegible
recibir los puntos por: 1. Comprar los
paquetes para sus Amigos y Referidos - Usted recibirá Royal Resorts
Points en la compra del paquete Amigos y Familiares por alguno de sus
referidos a través de Royal Club Vacations. 2. La compra de
una membresía en Royal Resorts - Usted recibirá Royal Resorts Points
en la compra de una nueva membresía por parte de alguno de sus referidos.
El número de puntos que usted recibe varia dependiendo del Resort y el tamaño
de la unidad (villa, suite o cuarto) adquirida por el nuevo socio 3. Servicios de
viajes - usted recibirá 1 (uno) Royal Resorts Points por cada $10.00
(diez USD) gastados en servicios de viajes adquiridos a través de Vacations
(Royal Club Vacations is operated by Caribbean Island Travel, L.L.C.). 4. El programa de Life
Extension Foundation esta disponible para socios de Royal Resorts Points,
cuando compren productos Life Extensión. Los puntos se acreditarán de la
siguiente manera: a) el 50% de la
inscripción voluntaria, que es igual a 25 Royal Resorts Points por cada
dólar de pago por la membresía en Life Extension Foundation. b) Recibirá un
descuento del 25% sobre el precio de lista en los productos de Life
Extensión, además de 15% en Royal Resorts Points. c) 15% en la renovación
de su membresía en Life Extension. 5. El programa de SkyMed
está disponible para los socios de Royal Resorts Points, cuando compren los
servicios de SkyMed. recursos, mientras compran los
servicios de SkyMed. Los puntos se acreditarán de la siguiente manera: a) 10% en la compra del
seguro de evacuación aérea de emergencia y servicios relacionados a los
visitantes de EU. y Canadá. 6. Cada determinado
tiempo Royal Resorts Points agregara nuevas formas de obtener puntos. Los
beneficios adicionales del programa se publicaran en el sitio de Internet. 7. Los Puntos estarán
disponibles en su cuenta dentro de un plazo de 15 a 45 días. ELEGIBILIDAD DE LA
REMISIÓN Para poder hacerse
acreedor a los Puntos provenientes de una referido, la persona o pareja
referida deberán cumplir con los siguientes criterios de elegibilidad: Los referidos deberán
tener una asociación previa con el socio. Deberán registrarse con
RRP, L.L.C. antes de participar en la presentación de ventas en las
instalaciones de Royal Resorts. La notificación de una referencia con menos
de 24 horas de antelación a la presentación de ventas no será elegible para
la obtención de puntos. En el caso de nombres idénticos referidos por dos
fuentes diferentes, sola la primera persona que envió estos datos podrá
obtener Royal Resorts Points. No son elegibles los
actuales socios o huéspedes de Royal Resorts. Cualquier nombre obtenido
a través de este programa se puede utilizar con el fin de ventas de
intervalos de tiempo compartido. El programa por si mismo no es una oferta de
venta, ni solicitud a comprar. El programa se ofrece solamente a los
individuos luego de la compra de un tiempo compartido, Membresía de Prueba,
Membresía u otro de los programas participantes y no es una inducción a
la solicitud de venta.
